1. Our Returns Policy
As a growing business focused on bringing you unique designs, we have a strict quality control process. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products sold.
The only exception to this policy is if you have received a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Process for Damaged or Defective Products
We advise all customers to take an unboxing video to ensure a smooth claim process. To be eligible for a return due to damage, you must adhere to the following:
- You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- You must send an email to namahbypoonam@gmail.com with the subject line:
DAMAGE REPORT: Order #[Your Order Number]. - Proof of Damage is Mandatory: Your email must include the following:
- A clear, uncut unboxing video that shows the package being opened for the first time and the damaged product being discovered.
- Clear photographs of the damaged area on the product.
- A clear photograph of the shipping label on the package.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact, as seen in the unboxing video.
Our team will review the provided evidence. If your claim is approved, we will contact you with instructions for returning the damaged item to us. Claims that do not include the mandatory video and photo evidence will not be approved.
3. Our Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the specific scenarios outlined below.
a) Refund for an Approved Damaged Product Return:
- A refund will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility.
- Once our team verifies the damage and confirms the item is unused with all tags intact, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Please note: A deduction of 3% of the product value will be applied to the refund amount to cover the non-refundable payment gateway processing fees we incur.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have initiated it.
b) Refund for a Failed Transaction:
- In the rare event that a payment has been deducted from your account but an order was not confirmed on our website, please contact us immediately at namahbypoonam@gmail.com with your transaction details.
- We will conduct an internal investigation with our payment gateway partner.
- If it is confirmed that we have received the payment for an unconfirmed order, a full refund (100%) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We do not offer exchanges on any products at this time.
